I'm currently working on a true crime investigative podcast as Senior Producer, working closely with the EP to oversee the whole production process, manage the team, deadlines and production schedule, ensure alignment with the client objetctives, reviews and updates, giving feedback on scripts and sound design and adapting the scripts from English to Spanish

I'm currently working on Season 2 of Cinco Preguntas, an interview video podcast hosted by renowned journalist María Elena Salinas. I oversee the whole production process working alongside the EP and the PM, direct the recording at the studio with the host and guests and also edit and publish the episodes both in audio and video, first using Descript and then Premiere Pro

Innovamentes is a video podcast for Credicorp, one of the largest financial institutions of Latin America.

My work included creating the production schedule and managing deliveries and deadlines with the client, while also editing the video episodes using Descript for a rough cut and then Adobe Premiere for color correction, grading and final editing.

• I'm head of the Production Department, directly managing the Lead Producers team and guiding them in their development within the company. This includes working with them on their projects, troubleshooting, and helping them to further develop their skills and accomplish their goals within the company.
• My vision for this role is to be able to train the greatest professionals in the industry and help them succeed in their projects.
• I was also in charge of the Creative Development Process, leading the team in creating new show ideas, concepts and stories to be developed by the company and pitches to possible partners. I was also in charge of those projects, designing the initial budget and workload plan, following that process with the Ops and Financial teams, building the teams that will be a part of the project and working with them to develop the show from scratch to finish, following every step of the process and defining the editorial and creative voice.

• I was in charge of overseeing production for a number of adaptation projects, building production plans and leading the team to make sure that everything worked as planned. Also, part of the job was to train new producers in production management skills and help them expand their skills.

• I work as a producer for Adonde Media in a number of projects like the Duolingo Spanish Podcast and El Chapo: El Jefe y su Juicio.

• I oversee the podcast production for Adonde Media. I designer and created a new production process for the project to manage its scale and all the different moving parts in a more efficient way, both for production and for creative work, managing relations with the client. I also managed release and production scheduling, following the process on every story and working with the editors and the Duolingo team to bring the project together.

• I produced this series about prison breaks along with the team from Revista Anfibia. I was part of the design and conceptualization of the project (episode structure, narration style and sound design), I edited the first episode and then was in charge, with a team of producers, of the recordings of the interviews, narration (recording and direction) and overseeing the sound design for the series.

• I produced a series based on a crime that occurred in Argentina. I was in charge of the whole production, from building the team to scriptwriting, sound design and doing the final QC to the deliverables, . We reported, traveled to different locations, gathered voices and soundscapes and structured and built the whole story. The series was produced both in English and Spanish, the latter also hosted by me.

• During 2018's No Ficción season I was in charge of the podcast's post production, mixing and sound designing the audio pieces and creating a compelling narrative.

• I worked on El Chapo: El Jefe y su Juicio, the spanish adaption for El Chapo's podcast. I was involved on the project early stages, designing the format and adapting the scripts for the spanish production. I was also in charge of all the tape, working side by side with the editor.

• I mixed and sound designed some stories for the Duolingo Spanish Podcast, creating the narration in audio.
