The GMT Program is an intensive rotational program designed for the brightest, most driven university graduates. It is thought to create well-rounded leaders, so GMT's are immersed in various functional areas of the company, learning about Sales, Marketing, Supply and Staff from the ground up through a variety of hands-on assignments. They also get exposure to Senior Management to link their experiences back to company strategy.
