My main duties included:

• Supervision of construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards.
• Coordination of on-site tasks and workforce to optimize daily operations.
• Communication with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Site logistics management, including material handling and equipment organization.
• Short-term planning and task scheduling to meet project deadlines.

My main responsibilities included:

• Tender analysis for public and private projects, focusing on cost estimation and budgeting. This involved reviewing bidding documents, identifying all construction tasks (e.g. land clearing, structure construction), and assigning costs to each activity to determine the total project budget.
• Construction follow-up from the office, ensuring smooth on-site operations. I coordinated the delivery of materials to the construction site and helped resolve any logistical issues to avoid delays.
