As a field technician at Knapp, I have had the pleasure of visiting about 40 installations with a wide variety of solutions implemented. During the 5 years and 5 months that I have been with the company, it's a pleasure of experiencing different types of challenges, participating in a field installation, learning different languages, finding solutions to improve preventive maintenance, reading and interpreting technical manuals, through this I get the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks, mechanical, electrical and even some things related to software and hardware, such as PTL commissioning, scanner configuration, retrofitting old systems with KSI and mainly working on the analysis of more complex failures related to industrial networks. When necessary, I work remotely to support the local technical team, helping to ensure accurate communication between field work and remote support. For three times I had the opportunity to attend and translate internal training sessions provided by Knapp Academy and Durkopp. Recently, I have begun to work with the technical team on small training sessions to increase the effectiveness of the service provided, but most importantly, to increase the level of safety related to activities on the equipment.
