I bring a wide range of experience from both hands-on work and leadership roles. I started my career as an electrician, working for eight years and earning my Journeyman’s license. During that time, I went to college and earned a degree in education because I wanted to make a difference in kids’ lives. After transitioning into education, I worked in several roles that helped me understand how organizations operate from the ground up. I’ve been a paraprofessional, classroom teacher, coach, assistant principal, principal, and now Assistant Superintendent, a role I’ve held for the past three and a half years. Along the way, I’ve led teams, handled day-to-day operations, and worked through challenges that require clear communication and practical problem-solving. My career path has given me a well-rounded perspective and the ability to connect with people at all levels. I value hard work, accountability, and teamwork, and I bring a steady, common-sense approach to leadership and decision-making.
