Matthew Marciante

My name is Matthew Marciante. I graduated from the University of Arkansas May 2022. I am a hardworking employee that would be valuable to any position. I can very easily adapt to any work environment. This is due to my willingness to learn my position so I can execute my work affectively. I can excel in remote positions shown in during internship with La Terresa del Christina. Through my time as a youth team coach I showed I can be a leader with even the most difficult teams, kids! In this time as a coach I became very goals orientated ( When I knew what the kids wanted to accomplish I would do everything I could to get them there). I still continue this mindset in my work as the General Manager of Ozark climbing gym. Here I have become an energetic and adaptable professional with strong leadership and organizational skills. I learned to understand business operations and financial management, with expertise in cultivating a healthy business culture andstrong team coordination. I am committed to driving growth and efficiency while fostering positive workplace environment. Outside of work I am a passionate rock climber my love of the sport comes from exploration of the Arkansas landscape. Through climbing I can demonstrate I am a hard worker because of the not only physical but mental aspects that need to be balanced to be a successful climber.
