• Coordinate emergency roadside assistance for drivers and manage service requests to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
• Maintain communication with vendors, drivers, and internal departments to track progress and document service activities.
• Utilize transportation management systems to log, monitor, and escalate issues as needed while delivering high quality customer service and ensuring minimal downtime for drivers.

•Responsible for budgeting, strategic planning, advertising/marketing and all day-to-day operations of the business.

•This includes but not limited to as forming and maintaining customer relationships, invoicing, pos transactions, ect.
