- I am responsible for ordering all raw and pack materials to keep the plant running
- I oversee cycle counts and adjustments for all materials, post BOLs, and ensure that inventory is accurate between SAP, JDA and our warehouse location
- Tracking all R & D trials and making sure the costs hit the correct bucket.
- Compare BOMs to ensure we are using the correct amount of material per receipe.
- I oversee a team that is responsible for clearing all SAP errors (CO54, COGI, IDOCs) and doing daily reconciliation.
- Started and led multiple problem solving cards and have submitted several OPLs into POKA
- Coordinated the disposal of obsolete or excess inventory in a cost-effective manner.
- Assisted in developing strategies for maintaining appropriate safety stock levels based on historical usage data.

- I started working on the production floor as an operator
- Within 3 months of employment I became a team lead over the wet tower in the cereal dept
- I was in charge of roughly 15 people, making sure the dept ran smoothly
- I then moved into the office area as the plant SAP super user
- I was in charge of making sure SAP was up and running well, training new hires on SAP functions, creating and maintaining POs, and clearing IDOCs and COGIs
- I set up new skus in SAP by creating new BOMs, production versions, and master datas
- I was also over DMO which is the downtime recording tool
- I also have extensive knowledge of MES as that was used in the cereal dept
- And caused many of the IDOC issues
