Accomplishments

  • I performed at Pinnacle every year since being employed at Ace Hardware. This is the top performance category, of which I had the opportunities to travel to the Ace Pinnacle Leadership Conferences each year. To make Pinnacle, we had to meet the required metrics. It was my most proud accomplishments in my career.
  • When I was employed at Bass Pro, I was nominated employee of the month within the first year. When I started there, I started as a sales associate, then I was promoted to Lead, and then a short time later, promoted to Senior Lead, in which I acted as manager on duty and opened/closed the store and had the responsibility of being a key carrier.
