- I started at Lamb as a temporary. I was placed into a helpers position feeding machines to start.
- Within 3 months I had become the operator of that machine.
- About 1 year later, I was asked to move to one of the bigger machines to see if I could produce there like I did on a smaller one.
- I was on that machine for almost 2 months before I was given full control, and my production did not drop.
- After 3 years of being with the company I was asked to be a Night Shift Supervisor.
- I took over night shift and overall shift production rose.
- As of April of 2024 I was asked to move to days.
- I have been given a section of the plant to Supervise among many other duties.
- I have also been given the task of keeping our digital printer ink inventory, creating p.o's, and keep the shelf stocked for the machine.
- Keeping track of machines run time and production in our Encore system.
- Keeping track of employees payroll through the Paylocity system.
