Led the transformation from a heavily manual, Excel-based data interaction process to a fully automated, data-driven relationship between stakeholders and data products.

To achieve this, we implemented an AWS cloud-based solution that optimized data quality and significantly reduced ETL timeframes. Agile methodologies such as planning sessions, retrospectives, weekly ceremonies, and centralized ticketing via Jira were applied. This approach allowed us to better understand our workflow, improve timing, and enhance the quality of our deliverables.

We dedicated our efforts to automating all manual reports by transitioning them into Power BI dashboards, providing daily updates, robust KPIs, and a more business-oriented perspective on the underlying data.
