As a Quality Assurance Specialist, my main responsibilities lie in training and monitoring OPI interpreters, making sure they acquire and utilize the necessary tools to become competent interpreters. I honestly love what I do and take pride in being part of the process that breaks language barriers between two individuals to facilitate their interaction, leaving them with a positive outcome overall.
