With 19 years in aviation and tourism, I focused in customer experience and adaptability, notably at United Airlines. Working with different GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Shares) and in different trilingual support positions (Spanish, English, French), my achievements include having a broad view of the aviation industry and enhancing group travel experiences, showcasing my quick learning ability and teamwork skills.
My experience in the intercultural field helps me everyday in my work with external customers with the very important skill of active listening.
The groups service desk works directly with Travel Agencies. In my case, I assist french and swiss agencies with their requests of groups of passengers travelling from Europe to the United States and different UNITED AIRLINES destinations.
My daily work since almost 12 years is sending offers and fare conditions to our clients, to generate the contract they are required to sign, to follow up the groups before the ticketing, and during their stay. I assist the travel agencies with the ticketing process, sending them the ticketing instructions and with other kind of requests like special services (special foods, wheelchair assistance, extra baggage, UM services).
We use different tools, being the most important the GDS systems SHARES, EZR, NAVIGATOR.
Assisting individual passengers that wished to book flights and services with Lufthansa.

My main task was to search, find and offer the best flights options according to our customers requests. I also was in charge of issuing the tickets. The GDS I used was AMADEUS.
The customer portfolio I worked included Mercado Libre, Rosen, Toyota Argentina, the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Argentina, the Ministry of Social Development, the Argentina's Embassy to the Holy See and the Argentina's Embassy to the French Republic.
Assisting the company's customer with their flights requests, booking and ticketing.

My main task was to assist exchange students from 50 countries that came to Argentina for their 1 year intercultural exchange experience. I also assisted the argentinean students abroad and their families. I was the liaison between the student and the organisation's National Offices in their countries. Beside this I worked with students before their departures/arrival in the orientation camps. I also worked with process the documents required by the different embassies to grant the students visas , for the argentinean students traveling abroad and to the Argentina's Migration office for foreign students.
This position included being available for possible situations such as health situation or host families changes during weekend or holidays.
