Cooking
My love for cooking began when I was ten and school was held virtually during the pandemic. I would watch MasterChef Canada videos and experiment with ingredients and dishes. In the summers of 2021 and 2022, I also enjoyed learning techniques and how a professional kitchen is run by taking several summer courses at Pulaski Tech. I am now proud to say that at barely sixteen years old I cook the vast majority of meals for my family. These dishes range from simple weekday dinners to our holiday meals for which I have made a smoked turkey, homemade sausage gravy, beef wellington, and prime rib. I am always looking to learn and grow in the kitchen.
