Ensure smooth daily operations in the warehouse floor. Enforce standard operating procedures by properly assigning tasks based on shift need to meet production goals. Monitor employee rates, tracking productivity and quality metrics. Provide real-time feedback to associates to help improve/progress in the experience with Amazon. Bridge the gap between associates and AM by acting as the frontline point of contact, helping associates navigate concerns and e during a supportive work environment. In case manager is out, lead department, keeping proper balance of performance to meet the operation needs.

Verify/check-in all incoming freight per Amazon standard. Process pallets assuring all products are identical and meet the required weight and height regulations, Wrap product to the pallet following the 5x3x5 method; ensuring items can be stowed safely. Recurve each pallet, verifying each order received is attached to the proper purchase order, as to not create any "overage". Problem Solve any issues that may delay the receive dock. In the event that the PA is unavailable, lead the dock team. Effectively and efficiently place dock personnel ensuring quality merchandise is properly received into warehouse at a consistent flow increasing inbound rates while mediating quarterly goals in order to achieve daily goals. Effectively communicate all barriers to my management team.

Work hand and hand with restaurant managers to inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and also drive the profitability of the store. Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained throughout the day. Making deposits as needed and managing cash positions. Engage with customers and get involved with food prep, leading by example to promote a positive work environment. Conduct banking/financr duties, complete track orders; maintaing FIFD:Safeserv regulations. Guarantee proper inventory in store. Wotk directly with crew members to ensure their training remains current. In the General Mangers absence, manage the store and conduct all the lead responsibilities as required by KFC guild lines.
