I have a degree in Business Administration, with a postgraduate degree in HR Management, and more than 18 years of experience in Human Resources, Executive Search, and implementations. My core competencies include Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Communication & Culture, and HR Consulting. I am passionate about human relations and teamwork, and I have led different projects, challenges, and multidisciplinary teams in various industries and sectors.
