My job is to render chicken and chicken by product from start to finish. I run industrial size equipment including but not limited to (prehogger, cooker, press, and hammer mills). To do this job I must grind, cook, press, and regrind the chicken and chicken by product. I monitor the entire plant start to finish to insure the best quality product in the safest manor possible. I am also apart of the plants safety committee.

My job was to repair semi trailers. We were required to make trailers road worthy by (replacing lights, welding frames, wiring harnesses, etc.).

As a supervisor at Omni I was over grounds keeping, mechanics, maintaining the buildings. My primary job was to coordinate with my employees so that all jobs got done in a timely manor and safely. We did anything from mowing grass to fabricating machines to fit the need of production.
