• Recruited and trained new cross-cultural workers in Turkey from 2016-2021

Business & Cultural Exchange
Founder and organizer of “C-SWAP” (Cultural Exchange Program), which I ran for 7 years, from 2008 to 2019. This program involved:

• Bringing college-age students to Turkey
• Coordinating housing arrangements with Turkish host families
• Organizing cultural hospitality programs and tours for both Turkish citizens and international participants

Teaching & Mentoring

• Taught English as a second language to women and children in over two years
• Mentored and counseled young women from diverse cultural backgrounds for over 25 years in one-on-one, group, and organizational settings

With 16 years of experience in creating, coordinating, and overseeing a variety of programs for children and youth, I have developed initiatives such as:
