Safely service and maintain natural gas facilities in accordance with Black Hills O&M standards. Conducted thorough inside and outside gas leak investigations, ensuring timely repairs. Proactively located underground lines for damage prevention efforts and 811 compliance. Provided exceptional customer service consistently on a daily basis.

Troubleshoot and repair both commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC and appliances. Install all different types of HVAC systems including refrigeration and boilers.
