• Currently training to assume the HR Manager role full time. To this point, I have been exposed to operational level conflict management and resolution, sat in on multiple hiring processes and assisted with payrolls and other employee management tasks.
• As ENHS Manager, I have kept Vexus Boats in compliance with State and Governmental regulations regarding environmental impacts. For example, tracking monthly hazardous pollutant emissions and working with employees to establish high housekeeping and working standards to limit said emissions. I have also developed good relationships with State Inspectors during yearly inspections with no infractions noted.
• As Safety Manager, I have worked with management to establish a culture of safe work practices. I have also assisted management with resolving investigations when accidents or injuries do occur and have some exposure to the Workers Compensation process.
• In addition, I have developed good relationships with current and potential customers through open communication to resolve issues and giving informative tours of the facility and the manufacturing process.

Worked with landowner to asses their needs and deliver quality results in a timely manner.

Internship experience in the Fall Semester with the former Baxter Healthcare. In this internship, I shadowed one of the Lead Mechanical Engineers to assist with facility - wide projects mostly consisting of the maintenance and repair of operating machines and equipment.

Internship experience in the Spring Semester with the US Army Corps of Engineers. In this internship, I assisted in many different aspects of Environmental Conservation. Ranging between building food plots and maintaining State Parks to assessing damages and delegating fines for non-compliance.
