
With over five years of experience managing national and international projects and operations, I bring a wealth of skills to every role I undertake. As a graduate of the Naval University Institute with a major in Machinery and Resource Management, I have perfected my skills in managing both material and human resources during my tenure as an Officer of the Argentine Navy.
My experience in the private sector includes overseeing the contact lens category at Grand Vision Argentina and project coordination at Man Energy Solutions Argentina S.A. I have also developed a strong proficiency in data analytics, which I have applied to develop KPIs and relevant metrics to track and improve team performance.
In addition, I have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. I have actively followed up on tech projects using these techniques, ensuring efficient, effective project execution and mithigating chorn. This knowledge allows me to effectively collaborate with development teams, understand their processes, and contribute to the successful delivery of software projects.
Furthermore, I excel in managing expectations and working with a diverse range of individuals to understand client needs. By effectively communicating and establishing clear goals and objectives, I ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded. Currently, as the coordinator of peering operations for SMB clients at Toptal, I lead a high-performing team of six. Through strategic initiatives, we successfully capitalize on upsell opportunities, generating substantial revenue and elevating customer experiences, mitigating churn.
