McDonald’s shift managers are responsible for ongoing associate training and help with basic accounting needs like bank deposits and more. The primary responsibilities of this position include the following:

• Taking customer orders and preparing food as needed;
• Checking food holding temperatures to ensure food safety compliance;
• Managing cash positions and making bank deposits;
• Ensuring that all associates are aware of new promotions; up to date on policies and aware of company rules and procedures.
• Keeping labor costs low and ordering new supplies.

• Load, unload, store, inventory and transport finished goods and supplies associated with packing and shipping of finished goods using forklift, slip fork, pallet jack or other equipment.
• Check accuracy of item type, quantity and quality of all finished goods and supplies against shipping or receiving documents.
• 1st Responder certified in Adult CPR w/AED and Standard First Aid

The job description for a front desk clerk or night auditor includes the following responsibilities:

• Greeting guests and checking them in and out of the hotel.
• Handling guest inquiries and requests.
• Managing front desk operations during the nighttime shift.
• Reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and preparing paychecks.
• Providing excellent customer service.
