  • Group Coordinator (815)- Work with and train new operators to maintain standard work while producing quality parts needed for production lines while maintaining a safe work environment. Complete work assignment/placement of production workers. Complete press setup packets and add paperwork as needed.
  • Group Coordinator (605)- Train and assist LTO drivers ensuring parts are scanned to proper departments, Work with LTO drivers guarantee accurate routes are completed with correct parts for the line to ensure the line is moving effectively. Locate and fix inventory numbers, communicate with the back shop for parts needed to keep lines working.
  • Group Coordinator (809)- Train and work with a production workers to effectively get units through run test inspection, labeled and complete for box out Lead and train ULN team on following and building heat exchanges ready to be placed on the running line for completion
  • Inspector (809)- Drive screws into blower rails, zip tie copper as needed, check units for helium leaks, and give the unit an all-around look over to ensure all screws are tightened down and straight. Check for proper installation of parts up to the booth.
  • Forklift driver (815)- Unload trailers of delivered items to the factory. Move all parts and material to the proper area within the factory for line drivers to retrieve as needed. Pick up pressed parts and move them to the weigh area to be placed in inventory.
  • Cycle counter (655)-Count selected parts per paperwork on the production line to ensure line inventory for units. Search for products that were a special request by the line unit coordinator or supervisor. Enter all information into the system for update of counted material or parts
