Interests

As a former coach and after conducting graduate school research involving sport, I'm extremely interested in working with athletes to increase performance through the mental aspect of athletics I also have a passion and desire to address the one area of sport I believe to be overlooked, which is the exit from athletics, whether it be anticipated or unexpected I believe that addressing this area would also increase athletic performance because of an increase in the level of comfort athletes could experience, knowing more of what to expect in their future and realizing their identities are not dependent on their sport
