Shaun Helmlinger

With now 15 years in law enforcement, I've had the opportunity to work in multiple fields throughout my career. Ranging from detention officer, patrol deputy, patrol supervisor (Corporal & Sergeant), criminal investigator, and now narcotics supervisor/sergeant. I excel in high-stress decision-making/situations, demonstrating de-escalation techniques and teamwork. I assisted with significant improvements in deputy performance and community relations through mentorship and proactive patrols.

I developed leadership and crisis management skills within the law enforcement environment, that I am seeking to transition into a new field. I strongly believe that you're only as good as you train. I think communication and being organized with not only your work, but your team as a whole will allow for a great work environment for everyone.
