I have worked on a multitude of projects from large to small, from ground up to tenant improvement work. The type of projects that I have built and worked on are medical, restaurants, banking, law offices, churches, high rise buildings, commercial class A, and industrial. Some of my responsibilities and achievements are as followed:

• Implemented safety protocols for reduced workplace accidents and improved employee wellbeing.
• Resolved conflicts efficiently among team members, fostering a positive work environment that contributed to successful outcomes.
• Collaborated with architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve seamless project execution.

My wife and myself owned and ran a real estate / property management company for 5-1/2 years. We manged and serviced long term and short term vacation rentals. We also managed and serviced commercial property. I preformed all general maintenance on the properties. I also did fix and flips under this company.

I started and ran a general contracting construction company for 2-1/2 years mainly building room additions, remodeling homes and fabricating and installing custom millwork.

I preformed many tasks for this commercial millwork company. Including but not limited to installation, custom fabrication to field and shop management.

I worked as a foreman on Insurance/fire and flood restoration projects. I preformed all construction disciplines from demo to turn key. Including concrete, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, paint, flooring, roofing, and millwork finishes. The adjusters I worked with directly were USAA, Farmers, and State Farm.

I worked for the family business rough framing, installing doors, windows, cabinets, and interior/exterior trim work on custom and track homes.
