This is a job I was very dedicated to as an employer. This was the first job I had at 16 years old.
This job was extraordinarily important to because this was the money I used to pay for my car.
I was absolutely exceptional at my station, although it took me a moment to adjust to fast pace speed. However, when I was accustomed, I was well known for my speed in creating ice cream and aiding our drive thru times.
I was friendly with all, and I was amazing with customer service. I always smiled and ensured the customers had exactly what they wanted. Managers loved me so much. However, this would eventually become my downfall at this job. My great skill made me a wonderful asset that I was offered a management position. However, I noticed that the company took advantage of that position paying me at the wage of a regular employee while having me perform regular duties. I tolerated for only a moment before realizing my worth and moving on. Throughout my time there, I was well liked, exceptional at my job and ensured excellent service. When someone called out, everyone knew I was the person who would come in on short notice to ensure we weren't understaffed. Far by a very monumental job.
