While employed at Siloam Nursing Home, I won employee of the year in 2016. I attended the Arkansas Health Care Association on behalf of the company, and implemented the Culture Change Movement at our facility which won the Culture Change Movement award given by AHCA in 2014. I was chosen by the company for over a decade to do the annual walk through with the Office of Long Term Care. This meant answering questions regarding every resident and their safety, their health, and all aspects of their care.
