My 10+ years of experience consist of 3.5+ years of managing two different Army recruiting stations in two different markets. 1.5+ years managing a platoon of men and women of plus or minus 50 Soldiers. 2+ years managing, mentoring and leading a squad of men and women through multiple deployments and training cycles. 3.5+ years of leading Soldiers in my young Army career. I currently have a Bachelor's of Science in Leadership, Interdisciplinary Studies and also hold an Associates degree in Organizational Leadership.

Family
While balancing out a rigorous operation tempo recruiting lifestyle in two different recruiting/housing markets, my wife and I enjoy spending time making the homes that we live in a better place for the next owner. I met my wife while she was working at Lowes, and we both have a passion in working hard and making the world we live in a better place. We have three kids and have been married for 2+ years.
