Responsible for patient preparation, as well as , assisting the physician with medical procedures and minor surgeries. Also performed various diagnostic test, administered of medications, and patient education in the clinic. Maintained equipment and acts as a liaison between the physician and all outside agencies to include hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMO’s and other Physician’s offices as well as with the patient. Also supported other medical staff members to maintain patient flow. Also maintained accurate and complete documentation.

• -Documented patient intake and dietary requirements, also assisting with feeding and monitoring.
• -Promoting patient satisfaction by assisting with daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and exercising.
• -Documenting patients medical histories, current symptoms and vitals, weight and height.
• -Administration of medications
• -Manage wound care, treatments and help with non-invasive procedures.
• -Collect and documentation of vital signs to track current patient conditions
• -inserting and caring for catheters.
• -IV insertion and care for iv's
• -Blood draws for labs
