- During my years at Tyson, I have had the opportunity to work in various positions, including:
- Count Team – Directly responsible for the accurate counting of frozen and dry product, reporting production for products, as well as staging lines.
- Warehouse Operations – Responsible for safely operating multiple forklift machines and setting the example in safety and production goals, for the team, as Warehouse Lead. Other duties included double reach use, receiving checker, ship checking and clerical work.
- Leadership/Mentor – As a long-time employee of Tyson, I have had certain Leadership roles such as Export Lead, Warehouse Lead and most recently, mentoring employees and coworkers in the way of offering objective feedback, problem-solving scenarios and ensuring ongoing communication that directly contributes to the success of the team and company, as a whole.
