  • Designed and implemented internal and external Branding and Marketing strategies for the 9 sister companies, including b2c, b2b, executive personal branding, b2employee, and employee advocacy to enhance the corporate culture and communication, maximize outreach and product sales.
  • Briefed Creative and Digital teams, and worked with them to create dynamic marketing content and communication tools for promotional campaigns.
  • First month sales rose from ~180/m to ~220/m, second month, surpassed the 300/m goal, and set a new ambitious goals of 500/m. Sales are still somewhere between 350 an 450 sales per month.
  • Decreased the CPL an 80% (!!!) by exploring the historical data, spotting the different buyer personas, and targeting to their specific needs through segmentation and verticalization of the messages.
  • Initiated sessions with sales teams to train them and brainstorm for more persuasive scripts. Conversion rates rose from 6.2 to 13.3% just after the first session. Now this oscillates between 25 to 33%.
  • Created dynamic content marketing strategies to exceed market competitors, nurture leads and contribute to SEO and building brand authority.
  • Branded, and launched 8 sister companies, including conceptualization, creation of business presentations, business plans, product design and pricing, content, social and creative briefs.
