- Perform Non-destructive Tests (NDT) in pipelines for the oil, gas and mining industry . NDT methods: magnetic (MT), ultrasonic (UT), eddy-current (ET), geometric (border measurement device).
- Perform the assembling, testing, calibration, launching and maintenance of the In-Line Inspection tools (ILI tools) assigned to the project.
- Perform download and analysis of survey data from the In-Line Inspection Tools to identify features like: corrosion, cracks, dents, ovalitties and wall thickness anomalies inside the pipelines.
- Perform safety analysis on-site, following safety procedures designed to avoid injuries and accidents in the field during the installation and retrieving of the ILI tools.
- Continuously expand knowledge base through ongoing training and certification programs, staying current with industry/internal advancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to overcome challenges and promote lesson learnings envisioning safer and efficient operations.
- Management of inventory, assets, spare parts and tools needed for field service activities. Supervise the deliver, transport, loading and unloading as well as the departure of all the inventory involved in the project.
- Manage time and resources to attend the project demands and the customer needs in the most responsible manner.
