Empower, support, and assist African-American and Hispanic peers in achieving their goals in earning a college degree with team building, self-awareness, positive self-esteem through cultural and enrichment activities, transitional & academic support and professional preparation

• Engage African-American teenage male (13-17 year olds) in improving self-esteem and self-efficacy through the Success, Motivation, Academics, Respect, & Trust (SMART) Academy. I was featured in the Arkansas Community Publication as a mentee and mentor.

• Provided oversight with projects and created activities

• Provided virtual literacy support for elementary school students during a 10-week cycle

• Participated in team meetings and training sessions, helped customers locate products and checked store system for merchandise at other sites, and managed conflict resolution with dissatisfied customers

• Supervised students during classroom instruction, taught physical education, assisted the teacher with class prep, and other duties as assigned

• Provided instruction support, supervised the students during class instruction, and demonstrated correct technique with various drills and exercises
