I am a researcher, professor and consultant specialized in digital global governance, technological diplomacy, regionalism and public policies. I have a BA in Political Science, a MAs in Regional Integration Processes and I am a PhD candidate from the University of Buenos Aires. I'm currently an undergraduate and postgraduate professor at the Universidad de San Andrés, and an Associate Researcher at its Center for Studies in Technology and Society (CETyS-UDESA). I have been teaching for almost ten years in institutions like the Parliamentary Training Institute of the House of Deputies of the Nation (ICAP), the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO) and Universidad Nacional de José C. Paz (UNPAZ). I am published author (Universidad de Buenos Aires's press, 2016) and I have done research and consulting for organizations such as ALAI, IDB, Tinker Foundation, UNCTAD and UNESCO, among others.
